While neighbouring countries Colombia and Brazil have been synonymous with coffee for many years, the mountainous Andes are rarely mentioned in relation to coffee.In recent years, however, Peru has won high praise from professional coffee connoisseurs, and the development of quality coffee is now one of the nation's brands.Some of the beans in this coffee come from the area known as Cajamarca, a remote part of the Peruvian Andes, where high altitudes create the ideal growing conditions for a completely unique coffee.
