Correctly mounted, at a height of 1.8 - 2 meters, it picks up objects at a maximum of 12 meters and at an angle of 110°.
Do not point the detector at heat sources such as heating systems or window fronts / winter garden. Use only our Dualway motion detector (Item No. 12034).
Like all sensors, the PIR motion detector V2 is also battery-operated, has a tamper detection on the rear and is connected to the alarm system via radio. Therefore, it can be simply glued or screwed to any wall or ceiling of your choice. A corner bracket and mounting material are included in the scope of delivery. Cables for signal transmission or power supply via power supply are NOT necessary. Simply connect the motion detector to the alarm system via the control panel and set it up.
Quickly integrated - simply automated.
Once integrated into the system, the radio motion detector reports any change in the status to the control panel.
This includes a status message when the battery is low, when the tamper switch on the back is triggered, and when motion is detected. The latter can be used for numerous automation applications: For example, you want to switch on the light automatically only at night when you enter the bathroom? No problem - these rules are created in no time via the intuitive web interface.
