The ECOCORD FM 234 TOP ready-made microphone cable is based on the PVC-free, high-end CMK TOP 234 ECOCORD bulk cable. It combines two counter-wound copper spiral shields featuring a PE fibre separating layer. This results in almost 100% coverage and excellent protection against EMI and RFI interference.

Two copper conductors with 0.34-mm² cross-section (AWG 22) made from OFC copper (copper purity at least 99.99% Cu) ensure reliable, low-loss transmission of sensitive audio signals with high operational reliability. A dimensionally stable TPE-V separator inside the cable guarantees secure fixing of the wires, constant electrical properties (capacitance, impedance) and effective reduction of microphonic effects.
