There are 3 different wiper systems:
- U-bar wipers (the entire length of the wiper is held by a metal bar)
- Flat-bar wipers (also known as aero wipers - wipe better than hanger wipers due to the aerodynamic shape and the resulting even contact pressure of the airstream)
- Hybrid wipers (with integrated bar and yet as flat as an aero wiper)
