Inconspicuous fine ventilation to improve air quality
By installing a Window Rebate Ventilator Plus, you provide consistent fine ventilation in your home despite a closed window.
This can reduce wall and room moisture, improve air quality and prevent mold growth.
The window rebate ventilator creates an inconspicuous ventilation gap at the window through which fresh air flows into the room in a controlled manner.
In order to create an optimal air flow, you should install at least one additional window rebate ventilator on another side of the facade for every 10 m² of room area.
If the air pressure changes during the air exchange, the ventilation flaps of the Window Rebate Ventilator Plus close automatically to prevent a possible draught.
Ventilation is purely mechanical, there are no electricity or maintenance costs and the sound insulation of the windows is still maintained.
A maximum air volume flow of 6.0 m³/h is possible per ventilator, depending on air pressure and window type.
The Window Rebate Ventilator Plus complies with the ventilation standard for interior rooms and residential buildings according to DIN 18017-3 and DIN 1946-6 as well as the technical rule for gas installations for combustion air supply DVGW-TRGI 2018.
The Window Rebate Ventilator Plus is suitable for new or existing windows made of plastic, wood or aluminum.
During installation, it should be noted that the ventilator must be screwed tightly to the window frame and part of the window seal must be removed.
