If you're looking for a reliable motion detector for outdoor applications with degree of protection IP55, the PIRA TO AP is the perfect choice.
Fitted directly above a door, the wall-mounted detector immediately detects when someone enters, thanks to its special downwards viewing angle. And thanks to the integrated creep zone protection, no one goes unnoticed even directly below the device. The 180° semi-circular detection range with a radius of up to 5 metres (diameter 10 m) is reliably monitored.
The motion detector is already optimally pre-set at the factory (brightness switching value 100 lux, follow-up time 2 min), so it is ready for use immediately after installation. The switch-on brightness (5 - 1000 lux) and the follow-up time (5 seconds - 15 minutes) can be easily adjusted as required using the integrated potentiometers. The switching capacity of up to 200 W LED and a gentle zero-crossing circuit ensure a long service life for the detector and connected illuminants.
