The Homematic IP Home Control Unit is the central location for your smart home devices.
It can integrate up to 120 wireless components as well as hundreds of wired devices (via a connectable wired access point).
You can then conveniently control your entire smart home via app - via the cloud or locally, just as you wish.

Installation
Installing the Homematic IP Home Control Unit is very easy: First connect the Homematic IP Home Control Unit to your router using the network cable supplied or simply use the Wi-Fi installation.
The Homematic IP app then guides you step by step through the installation process. And you're done.
The attractively designed Home Control Unit in white or anthracite stands stably on a solid surface.
You can also mount the control panel on a wall using the bracket supplied.

Teaching devices
Integrating your Homematic IP wireless components is also quick and easy via the app.
Even remote devices are reliably integrated into the system - thanks to the wireless range of up to 400 meters.
If you would also like to integrate wired components, first connect a Homematic IP Wired Access Point.
You can also use the CCU3 as a gateway to operate existing CCU3 installations via the Home Control Unit or to automatically migrate Homematic IP devices.

Convenient operation
Once set up, you can conveniently control, expand, change and monitor your entire smart home via the Homematic IP app and with voice commands via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant - even when you're on the move.
