The mixture of the different beans from the 3 countries together with a medium-dark roast has resulted in a fruity Espresso with great fullness, delicate sweetness and mild bitterness.Vellutato, which means velvety soft, perfectly describes this Espresso. Too often you see Espresso blends that have been mixed with Robusta beans for a little extra edge and acidity.
