The Dahua DH-IPC-HDBW2541R-ZS is a powerful 5 megapixel PoE dome network camera from the Dahua WizSense 2 series.
It was developed for high-precision detection of people and vehicles and uses an independent AI chip in conjunction with deep learning algorithms.

With its 1/2.7'' CMOS sensor and a maximum resolution of 2960 x 1668 pixels, the camera delivers crystal-clear images in real time. The motorized varifocal lens (2.7-13.5 mm) offers a variable focal length, enabling both wide-angle surveillance and detailed close-ups.

Starlight technology ensures detailed color images even in extremely low light (0.007 lux in color). In complete darkness, the camera automatically switches to black and white with IR night vision - up to a range of 40 meters.

Thanks to WDR (120 dB), even scenes with strong differences in brightness, such as entrance areas with backlighting, are clearly displayed. Smart H.265+/H.264+ encoding reduces bandwidth and storage requirements without compromising image quality.

The integrated SMD Plus (Smart Motion Detection) technology filters out movements of irrelevant objects such as foliage or animals and only triggers an alarm if a person or vehicle is detected. The perimeter protection function can be used to define virtual boundaries and zones. If these areas are crossed or entered, the camera triggers an alarm and notifies you in real time.

The camera supports anomaly detection and therefore not only monitors what is happening in the image, but also the proper functioning of the entire system. It reliably detects movements, attempts to tamper with the video image, sudden scene changes and much more. Technical problems such as missing or full SD cards, memory card errors, network interruptions, IP conflicts, unauthorized access and voltage fluctuations are also reported.
