Body repair - seam sealing, suitable for glass, metals, ceramics, composites as well as most plastics.
LOCTITE® SI 595 is a clear, universally applicable, 1-piece RTV (room temperature vulcanising) acetoxy silicone adhesive sealant that cures at room temperature through contact with humidity to form a robust rubber seal. Its thixotropic nature allows for easy dosing and at the same time prevents the spread of the liquid product once it has been applied to the part. It does not sag in overhead or vertical applications and is formulated to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations, UV light and ozone. Please note that this product cannot be painted over.
