The EX-1316HMV USB 2.0 to serial RS232 converter in a metal housing provides 16 serial RS232 high-performance UART 16C550 outputs. It has been designed to add 16 additional serial outputs in a rugged metal housing for desktop computers, notebooks or 19-inch rack systems via the USB 2.0 bus.

The simple installation means that the computer does not have to be opened and the EX-1316HMV can be installed during operation.
