The EX-1187HMVS provides 7 screw-mountable USB 3.0 downstream ports
with protection against voltage fluctuations for end devices. It is
therefore possible to connect up to four external USB peripherals to a USB 3.0 port from
a computer in the 19'' rack. The supplied EX-K1572V cable (2 metres)
female plug to male plug can be attached without a screwdriver to the EX-1187HMVS
using thumb screws. It can be used in automation and office
applications. The hub meets the special requirements of
industrial applications. The product is very compact and robust.
