Animal scent barrier set of 6 thorn grids with bowls for home remedies
The animal scent barrier from Gardigo is a versatile defense against problems with dogs, cats, rabbits and other unwanted animals in the garden. Soft plastic spikes make it uncomfortable for animals to enter your property, but do not pose a risk of injury. In addition, the panels each have 2 trays for filling with repellent scent granules (e.g. cat scent or dog scent from Gardigo) or household remedies (neither included), which appear unpleasant to sensitive animal noses as they perceive scents much more intensely than we do. This is particularly useful for stubborn animals that are unimpressed by conventional spikes, thorn grids or cat repellent grids.
Animal repellent spikes can also be used as marten protection for marten problems, preferably under the engine compartment and in combination with our marten scent granules. They are also often used as digging protection for dogs or for problems with rabbits and snails that eat beds.
Lavender is recommended as a home remedy to scent rabbits. Snails do not like the smell of lemon balm. It is best to try out which scent helps best with your particular animal problem!
How the barrier works
The scent trays are attached to the grid and can be easily removed for cleaning and refilling. The trays are fitted with spikes to prevent animals from getting into them. They have drainage holes to prevent the trays from filling up with water.
Use the attached connectors to connect the individual animal repellent panels together individually, either over a large area like a carpet or in long rows, for example around a flower bed.
