This SMD LED range with very bright surface-mountable light-emitting diodes of size 0805 offers a wide range of colors and is well sorted. Since these light-emitting diodes are very small with approx. 2.0 x 1.25 x 1.1 mm, the individual, manual further processing can be difficult - mechanical damage or heat death are often side effects. That is why small strands with a length of 30 cm are professionally attached to the anode and cathode in advance. Thus, the advantages of SMD LEDs, as well as those of the wired versions, are combined with each other. Excellent for model railway, model building (aircraft models, RC boats and cars), signal lamps and indicators or any other application in which the smallest possible light-emitting diodes are to be used. As with all conventional LED chips, it is important to note that a current limitation using a series resistor or a constant current source must be used to operate the high-quality LED in the permissible working range. A brief description of the components contained is clearly printed on the inside of the lid. The datasheet contains useful information about the range, but also important technical details about the components contained. This is the only way to ensure, for example, that the LEDs can be operated within their specific parameters because the components are clearly specified.
