WIHA 41246 - Crimping pliers, 190 mm, for wire end ferrules

With the classic application of crimping pliers there is a risk that the wire end ferrules in the pliers tilt or are incorrectly crimped. With the automatic crimping pliers with hexagonal pressing, unnecessary cable and ferrule waste can be avoided.

It presents itself with a large crimping range from 0.08 - 16 mm² and thus compactly combines two crimping pliers in one. This means that the crimping pliers cover the majority of applications. The hexagonal crimping prevents small wire end sleeves from getting caught. Furthermore, the feeding aid offers additional process reliability by preventing the plastic jacket from being crimped. Thanks to the automatic crimping function, the pliers are suitable for both empty sleeves (up to 16 mm²) and twin sleeves (up to 10 mm²). In addition, the elastic and shock-absorbing plastic handles guarantee comfortable, fatigue-free working. An integrated lever allows the crimping process to be stopped manually at any time.
