WIELAND SNS 4084K-A - Standstill monitor, 24 V DC, 9.9 HZ, SIL 3

The SNS 4084K standstill monitor ensures reliable monitoring of the frequency of a signal at the device inputs I1 to I4. If the frequency of the pulses is higher than the frequency set at the rotary switches (0.1 - 99 Hz), outputs Q1/Q2 will switch off. This monitoring function can be used to detect a machine's standstill or low, safe speed. In such applications, for example, a spring or magnetic force-actuated guard locking of an electrical interlock can be controlled by the device outputs.
