The GARDENA Watering Control with Bluetooth® App
With the Bluetooth® Watering Controller from GARDENA, you can conveniently configure the automatic watering of your garden using your smartphone or tablet.
The weatherproof device with an elegantly simple design is installed directly on the outdoor tap.
Thanks to Bluetooth®, the irrigation control can be set within a radius of up to 10 m, for example from the comfort of your garden lounger.
A smartphone or tablet with iOS or Android serves as a practical remote control.
After installation, the GARDENA Bluetooth® app guides you step by step through the necessary settings to connect your smartphone to the irrigation controller.
You can then let the Watering Assistant easily suggest the ideal watering cycles for your plants or set up to 3 individual schedules as you wish.
Each schedule consists of different start times and durations and can be repeated on different days of the week.
A rain break can be set if required.
This allows you to ensure that your garden is not watered unnecessarily during a rainy week.
This is good for the plants and you also save water.
If you wish, you can also connect the separately available soil moisture sensor.
This then automatically ensures water-saving irrigation according to demand by not carrying out time-controlled irrigation when the soil is wet.
Three status LEDs on the control panel indicate the current status of the Bluetooth® connection, watering and the 9 V alkaline battery.
This allows operation for a whole year.
If you want to supply your plants with water outside of the watering cycle, watering can be started and stopped manually at any time by pressing a button on the device.
Thanks to the GARDENA Safe Stop function, you have automatic watering under control at all times: if the battery power runs low, the next watering cycle is automatically prevented from starting.
This gives you the certainty that your garden is protected from overwatering at all times.
