With this stand-alone erase dock, you can delete 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch solid-state drives or hard drives without connecting to a host computer, making it easy to reuse or repurpose SATA drives. In addition, the Dock provides a hard copy confirmation for secure data deletion.

The erase dock also serves as a single bay dock for a SATA drive with fast USB 3.0 performance, also known as USB 3.1 Gen 1 (5 Gbps).

Industry-recognized deletion modes
Industry-recognized erase modes ensure that the stand-alone erase station securely erases data from 2.5'' or 3.5'' SSD or HDD.
The erase dock supports nine erase modes, including Quick Erase, Single and Multi Pass Overdrives, Custom Erase, Secure Erase, and Enhanced Secure Erase. The Multi Pass Overwrite (3-pass full overwrite) erase method meets the requirements of DoD standards (5220.22-M).

Securely delete sensitive data with printed confirmation
You can connect a RS232 serial printer to the delete dock to print a receipt for the delete operation and confirm that the delete operation was completed successfully. This feature is ideal for IT technicians, system administrators, or any department requiring confirmation to delete sensitive or sensitive information. The printed document clearly shows the time and date of the deletion as well as the delete mode used for reference.

Easy drive management and comprehensive compatibility
